Today, I expressed my physical wellness through yoga. It’s important to work at your own pace and start slow if you’re a beginner; you’ve gotta start somewhere!
In the end, it was a great expression of physical wellness. I got to focus solely on the stretches and forget about external factors; it helped me tune into my body and the sensations that yoga brings to the surface.
